Korean chicken with carrots

Курица с морковью по корейски

How to make chicken with Korean carrots and bell peppers in a pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking. Wash and dry the bell peppers. Peel onions, garlic and bell peppers, rinse and dry the breast fillet. You can use turkey fillets instead of chicken.

Cut the breast fillets into straws. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over high heat.
Place the cut up chicken in the skillet and fry on both sides until golden, stirring.

This will take approximately 4-5 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the chicken pieces, the skillet you choose, and the way your stove works.

Chop the onions and add to the skillet with the sauteed fillets. Turn the heat down to medium and fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring.

Put the Korean carrots in the skillet and stir. If there is any sauce in the carrots, feel free to pour it out. You can buy Korean carrots, but it is best to make them at home. You will find the recipes after the last step.

Fry the fillets and vegetables for about 3 minutes, stirring, over medium heat.

Slice the bell peppers and mince the garlic. Add the bell peppers and garlic to the skillet. Add more spices if desired, but there is usually enough in the carrots.

Fry everything over medium heat, stirring, adding more salt and black pepper to taste if needed.

Remove the cooked chicken and Korean carrots from the heat, arrange on plates and serve. It can be served as an independent dish or with a side dish of pasta, rice and buckwheat.
Enjoy your meal!
